Guy Benson made another motherless child. There's a high likelihood a lot of little lives were lost in his pursuit. Again, we see top conservatives celebrating.

We all love babies. But the unqualified congratulations from people who would otherwise be the first to say that moms and dads matter has to stop.

It contributes to a culture of family breakdown. It affirms the babymaking industry that commodifies children. And it diminishes the rights of the very child they are welcoming.

Conservatives have to make a choice.

Do we believe what we say? Do children have a right to life? Is marriage the building block of society? Are men and women different? Do children need both?

OR

Would we rather secure the praise of our friends and progressive elites by pretending that what Guy Benson has done won’t haunt his children for life?

NO! Sermons are not in the bible. Christians NEVER gathered to listen to 1 man deliver a lengthy monologue, forget about every week in a "church service" they never did it a SINGLE time anywhere in the new testament. I think if we are going to revolve our entire faith around this weekly ritual we would be at least to find one single example anywhere in the bible.

And theobro keyboard warriors, before you start typing the nonsense thoughless responses I already know you are typing, pause, think about it for a moment - does that word really mean what you are pretending it means? Does that passage really say what you are pretending it says? If you are going to claim sola scriptura, that isn't really meaningful if you just twist scripture post hoc to justify your every man-made tradition.

I am nauseated by the pastor worship. I am nauseated by the belief among protestants that simply takes "priest administering eucharist" and exchanges it for "pastor administering the sermon" as a means of grace. It is all unbiblical nonsense.

The word of GOD is NOT a seminarians weekly monologue-commentary on it. Preaching DOES NOT refer to sermons. Dialogue does not mean sermon. Teach does not mean sermon. Converse does not mean sermon.

Let's stop the nonsense. It is exhausting.
