Well this is frustrating…taxes 101 - tax the things you would like to discourage.

I bought the EV our representatives plead with us to get (and the cost of the home charger), then they added $148 of EV fees to annual registration.

That’s not a good look.

@OutFrontCNN @jasoncarrollcnn values for different circumstances? Some situations, like M&A, dissolution, etc. may require you to value intangibles at a fair market value, while this may not be relevant in a tax situation. Valuations may be different for public and private transactions also...2/2
