The honey bees were very gentle. The children were surprised to see the bees resting on ingrid and Helena’s hats and arms. Helens had a smoker to calm the bees. @green_columbia @yellow_columbia @redblue_nursery @red_columbia

We found a honey bee swarm in the playground this morning. Luckily we knew a beekeeper! Ingrid helped Helena to collect the swarm and put them in a spare hive. @green_columbia @yellow_columbia @redblue_nursery @red_columbia

Then we headed to the park to celebrate finishing our SATs! We even got our teachers trying some gymnastic moves out!!
