試合後のゴール裏での挨拶。
負けが続いたとき格下と思われていた相手に負けたときゴール裏から怒声が飛び交う。現役時代そういう光景を何度も経験してきました。
サポーターの皆さんの気持ちはすごくわかる。時間とお金を使ってスタジアムに来て声が枯れるまで応援してそれでも勝てない。
期待しているからこそ腹が立つし悔しいしもっとやれよと言いたくなる気持ちは当然ある。
でも同時に選手側の気持ちもよくわかる。
選手だって負けようと思って試合をしているわけではないし手を抜いているわけでもない。全員が勝つために準備をして精一杯やっている。それでも勝てない。
「何が悪いのか」
「どうしたら勝てるんだ」
「次こそは」と考えて試合に入ってそれでも結果が出ない。
これが続くと本当に苦しくなる。
自信がなくなり思い切ったプレーができなくなりミスを恐れるようになる。そしてまた結果が出ない。
チーム全体が負のループに入っていく。
そんな状況で試合後のゴール裏でサポーターと選手が感情をぶつけ合う。一度や二度ならまだいいけどそれが何度も繰り返されると怖い。
選手は「何をしても認めてもらえない」と感じ、サポーターは「自分たちの気持ちを選手はわかっていない」と感じる。

そんなときこそお互いが感情だけで相手を遠ざけるのではなく、「どうしたらこの状況を一緒に乗り越えられるか」を考えられる関係でありたい。
苦しいときほどそのクラブの本当の強さが問われると思う。

だから実際にマスク氏が地上波テレビ局を自由に買収して支配する、というほど単純な話ではありません。

ただ、それ以上に気になったのは、

「マスクに日本のテレビ局を買ってほしい」
