There are serious antitrust and privacy questions here, and any national security concerns should be laid out to the public prior to a vote.
@chrsbakr I’m more concerned about the revenue lost on the almost 900 ceased Landbank Properties. Some sitting vacant as long as 2016 (Wall St /Richmond near Frazier Elementary). That have paid zero taxes (some for almost 7 yrs) and cost $yracuse Maintenence & Police Protection annually.
