Your team should not do the same work every morning.
Every growing agency we have worked with has a version of this. Someone signs into the same platforms, finds the same fields, and moves them somewhere else by hand. At ten records it is fine. At a hundred it is somebody's whole morning, so you hire a second person, and now two people are doing it slightly differently.
The mistakes do not announce themselves. They turn up in something a client already acted on.
You can buy hands. You cannot buy consistency.
We build the system that signs in and does it instead. https://t.co/JMtC5FpiD3
Your team does the same work every morning. That is the part AI should be doing.
Log in, read the numbers, copy them out, next account. Dozens of them. A wrong number does not announce itself.

@joaoninamatos Hahaha, that’s true After 2 years of fighting in the SaaS industry once solo, once with partners I realized it’s a game that just isn’t for me.I switched to a service agency, followed your way for LinkedIn cold outreach, now I’m making more money SOLO than I ever have in my life!
The key to a successful AI automation agency is “a repeatable and high-ticket technical offer with a clear delivery process” and you need to go to figure it out by yourself because there’s 0 says the reality on the whole internet and that’s what makes you still struggle :)
I noticed something recently, when you start seeing tons of courses and mentorships around a business idea, it usually means the market’s saturated. The people who once made money from it are now cashing out by selling the “how to” instead of continue doing it, what do you think?
The past few months have been really tough, but a strong comeback is happening now I’ll be sharing more about it soon regarding the automation agency I’ve been working to grow 🔥
@jackfriks The current logo already has a strong identity, and as soon as I see it, I know it’s a post bridge . If you enjoy that, then it would be better to make the existing one more modern in some way, but without changing it
If I hear people talk about "AI agents" these days it's generally a red flag and I know they're non-technical ppl reading AI news but not actually shipping anything
Not cause I don't believe in AI agents but it's such a marketing term with no real meaning at this point
