@Airtel_Presence The bills have been paid and the services are active. The request over the call centre was primarily to give me a day to cross check the previous payments amidst lockdown.
But I'm sure u have your systems, and they're more important than a loyal customer.

[Cherish Tota @ctota]

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I am being held hostage by airtel by barring internet services. This during the announcement of #lockdown. Requested them quite a bit but no solution. Am clearing the bill tomm and porting to vodafone.
Some customer service! #vodafoneidea

[Cherish Tota @ctota]

@Airtel_Presence I was attended to by a Airtel rep who used politically correct statements to repeat what I was told by the call centre in the first place. No help whatsoever. Will be good case study on how you eventually lost a 15 yr old customer. The pros and cons of effective customer service.

[Cherish Tota @ctota]

@Sakala_GoK had applied for an online ec thru kaveri online . Was glad initially on the services. The ec prepared was incomplete. Call centre instructs to go to SRO. I am out of town.
If i had to go to SRO why did i come online?
Ridiculous!!

@iamstephenwest Am surprised though, you haven't considered evaluating Jiddu Krishnamurti's work. Though I am now at 103 and not sure if he is in the upcoming episodes.
The geographic relevance of India is incidental and not suggestive of his idealogy.
Would implore u to spend sometime on him.

[Cherish Tota @ctota]

@iamstephenwest Been dissecting every episode of your podcast. I'm at 101, Hiedegger.
Confess humility and laud u for the efforts. You've empowered thousands and Inspired millions. Your perspective story telling is smart.
