@Nickrob They're going to run into each other at the WaWa, then stop at Rita's before they pick up some scrapple at Acme. They are in the Philadelphia area and remind you every 15 minutes, sometimes less. (Both were still good shows though)
@LexG_III 99.9% of the time these are coworkers and that’s that. My guess is he cannot even speak to a female coworker without him thinking it’s some meet-cute or it must lead to more.
@LexG_III These guys entire livelihood (that they’ve created for themselves!) relies upon movies being successful. Seems weird to cheer on their failure. This includes Monty who seems weirdly gleeful about this particular movie’s failure.
@LexG_III@MothMonsterManG Agreed! An awesome NY movie with constant location changes filmed ON location! The geography generally makes sense too and they do a great job explaining where they are/going. Supporting cast is so good. I don’t even hate the 4th one but it’s such a nothing burger by comparison
@LexG_III@MothMonsterManG I know it’s just a terrible opinion and probably one he stole from another dum-dum he read, but it’s still making me mad.
NYC is the location. If he had any sense of reality or culture it wouldn’t be hard to understand that.
@GentleDoofus Ok, still seems like a strange thing for someone to “leak” or whatever to hype the movie. I’m sure she’s awesome in it, but don’t crews usually do this when someone wraps their scenes? No one has really done it on a Nolan set in 20 years?
