@AmericanAir Lft 2655 PHX to SNA yesterday arrived 4 minutes early, and then held us prisoner for almost NINETY MINUTES waiting for a gate to deplane. Stranded us instead of paying an additional AirPort fee for over flow gate space, of which there was PLENTY of availability...
