@eguier02 Hi, we are still using Transit app, and encouraging riders to use the app as the main source of real-time info. What route/time was the missed trip that didn't display correctly on the app?

@lyssazim Hi, the missed trips feed is updated every five minutes, displaying any missed trips for the next four hours. If there's not an operator available to cover certain route, it may be the case that a trip is canceled a few hours ahead of time.
