There's a kids' tech competition the Israelis take very seriously.

Big Tech recruits directly from it. Budgets range from $200k to $2 million per team. 15 elite Israeli teams compete at World Championships every year.

Then a group of hijabi girls from Texas showed up and beat them. Then beat them again. And again.

I just released the full interview with Mohamed Ebeida - the genius behind it all. He's an elite research scientist at one of the top two national laboratories in the USA.

And the stories he told me gave me chills.

20,000 people watch these World Championships. These hijabii girls walk in...

Everyone is looked at them like: "What are you doing here? This is not your place."

Then they started winning. Game after game.

When their robot malfunctioned, they carried it back to the pit, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in 10 minutes. Professionally. Calmly.

That look of "what are you doing here" turned into full respect.

Top teams started approaching them to form alliances. They went home with the flagship of the championship.

An elderly man named Hizam Al-Ghamdi had to stand in court against his own younger brother and they were not fighting over money but instead, each of them insisted on taking responsibility for caring for their frail, elderly mother

Hizam argued strongly that he wanted to continue caring for his mother as he had always done saying that she was his very life but his younger brother disagreed believing that Hizam himself was already old and needed res

The courtroom became emotional as both brothers pleaded before the judge for the honour of caring for their mother

Unsure of what to decide the judge brought their mother in and asked her to choose and her answer touched everyone—she said she could not choose because both of her sons were like her left and right eyes

Since the mother could not decide the judge had to rule based on reason

The court eventually granted custody to the younger brother due to his younger age and greater strength

When the decision was announced the atmosphere became sorrowful as Hizam broke down in tears

He did not cry out of fear or anger but because he felt he had "lost" the precious opportunity to continue serving his mother in her remaining days

Finally we’re able to serve meat at our soup kitchen in Gaza.

We started off with just dry pasta n lentils (before the ceasefire)

Then we managed to get chicken

And now freshly cooked meat
