Fable 5.1 is quite reliable at translating claude designs into native shopify liquid code for your own custom theming purposes. Just use the /design-sync commands, and the rest is pretty straight forward.
New Anthropic research: A global workspace in language models.
Of everything happening in your brain right now, only a tiny fraction is consciously accessible—thoughts you can describe, hold in mind, and reason with.
We found a strikingly similar divide inside Claude.
@pablostanley Yeah, I agree that it's a good first draft.
Rough around the edges, but really remarkable in certain areas (replicating design systems, understanding user journeys, generating multiple variants).
First impressions with Claude design is that it's another unlock to an entirely new way of working that has serious implications for the long term. Very similar to Cowork.
Also similar to Cowork, it has a number of non-blocking, but still annoying bugs.
To be expected from a company shipping at the rate Anthropic has been shipping.
My guess is that some people will try it, run into said bugs, and perhaps dismiss the product altogether as something unimportant.
For those that work through those bugs (and I plan on being one of them), there will be massive upside potential in being an early adopter. As is the case with most of these new tools.
we just launched one of the coolest features for marketers today: Claude Design 🎨
I've posted a lot about building marketing tools without being technical, and this is the visual side of that. I described a landing page editor and Claude built me one.
here's an example of my actual workflow with it 👇
pro tip when using opus 4.7 inside claude cowork/code:
1. start with your initial message in 'chat' followed by an instruction to "adapt this prompt for opus 4.7" and specify to "fetch the latest best practices and information around using opus 4.7" to get grounded results.
2. Take optimized prompt into cowork/code, paste, and hit send.
3. After the first message, you should see the option to use /btw (command that opens a side chat panel). Then you can further ask another claude instance how to best format your messages throughout the rest of the convo.
Very helpful in getting the most out of a session.
@boringmarketer And hey why guess? Use a plugin (like the creative strategist we demo'd on our last skills lab) to find your next angle.

Still have yet to find a sustainable use case for the scheduled task feature available in the Claude desktop app.
The common issue I keep running into is trying to stuff too much into a single task (analyze 19 different offers across multiple accounts and traffic sources).
Maybe my own fault.
For those more pragmatic with their claude scheduled tasks, what specific use cases have you been putting on repeat?
Just put this into practice with 2 offers I'm managing at my day job.
Each one had one 'generic' listing already live and spending at okay results, but not stand out.
I downloaded each offers' .tsv file straight off of GMC. Then, I uploaded into Cowork along with this original article from @blvckledge. Finally, I asked Claude to get to work.
Since I had already previously run a bit of customer research using the creative-strategist plugin I made (more on that in a follow-up), Claude was able to identify 4-5 additional high-intent, very REAL customer pain points and angles.
After some back and forth, Claude handed me back two additional .tsv files with the additional angles for the two offers already filled out (complete with images, custom labels, item group id's, etc.).
From there, I went to google ads to add the new product listings into my existing shopping campaign. Now, the products are broken out by custom label (as per Jackson's recommendation) so I can see each angles performance and iterate if needed.
Love this way of thinking about paid shopping and am excited to see (and share) the results!
Big thanks to @blvckledge for the alpha.
The ecosystem is growing. Cool to see.
As an aside this is also similar to how claude in chrome's 'scheduled tasks' work. Highly recommend staying locked in on the browser use functionality in coming weeks and months.
If you've already used 'fast mode' in Claude, you know that these models are about to get a whole lot better at clicking for us humans.
Went from zero customer research to ready-to-run marketing angles for a plant protein brand in one session yesterday.
Three skills, running in sequence:
1. Scrape 50+ real customer quotes from Reddit, Amazon, Trustpilot
2. Build 4 target personas and 1 anti-persona from raw voice-of-customer data
3. Generate hooks and angles tailored to each persona
The anti-persona might be the most useful output. Knowing who you're NOT writing for sharpens every angle you are.
Last September, I built my fiancée a website to help her get more ballet students.
Three months later, it booked her first client.
I didn't think much of it at the time. I just knew what made a site work and put it together for her.
Then a friend who runs a BJJ gym asked me to look at his site. I rebuilt the whole thing in a day. Faster, cleaner, structured for search, designed so people actually pick up the phone and book.
That got me curious. I started looking at what agencies charge small businesses for the same work.
$10-15k. Months of timelines. Endless revisions. And half the time the site still loads slow.
I knew I could do it better, faster, and for a fraction of the cost.
So today I'm launching CTRLSWING.
I build your entire marketing system (website, email, ads, SEO) and get it live in days, not months. One person. No bloated team. No six-month timeline.
If you run a small business and feel invisible online, this is built for you.
