@heathcummingssr A. Completely different OC than last year. Grizzard was god awful, don’t take anything he did as something we’ll do this year
B. Bucky was beat up from injuries and they didn’t want him taking those hits at the goal line
C. Rachaad was really good at the goal line, he’s gone now
So my first job out of college. I was making 65k with a bonus right. But you don’t realize I don’t actually keep that 65k. Every check there’s taxes that come out for federal and state. And also health insurance. So I’m only taking home a piece of that is what people don’t unders
Ngl it’s exhausting hearing athletes break down how their millions “aren’t really millions” after taxes and fees. 40M after taxes is still 40M.
The real issue isn’t the system, it’s lifestyle creep. Nobody told you to live like a king, buy 5 cars, or move with a 10‑person entourage. Modest is allowed.
@JDumasReports There’s been no new news about any team…period. But…he visited Akron already, no decision. Visited Miami last week, no decision. Currently playing golf with Kevin Hart right outside of Philly…apparently making a decision this week…👀
@MichaelSalfino@Jumpshot8 Ah yes, the 56 win Celtics who were favored to make the Finals by just about everybody prior to the playoffs starting were trash lol
@MichaelSalfino@Jumpshot8 Did you watch the Celtics series where he single-handedly brought the team back from a 3-1 deficit? The whole team was worn out from that comeback and Embiid was playing through injuries. He missed Game 2 of the Knicks series and wasn’t moving well the whole time
@MichaelSalfino@Jumpshot8 Did Embiid slow down Maxey and VJ from being two of the fastest players in the league? Maxey, Jaylen Brown and LeBron were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th in transition points per game last season…I think they’d be okay
@SpikeEskin@oh_sohilarious@ScoopB The point of all of this is that now that PG is gone they don’t have two of those injury risks as their top 3 players. Maxey, JB and VJ could lead the team to the playoffs even without Embiid. That allows Embiid/LeBron to manage themselves throughout the reg season
