I think Medicaid should
Pay for long term psychological management since this disorder is a form of gender dysphoria and the results are devastating after a child undergoes the gender transforming surgery and later finds out those cannot be reversed. I also suggest the parents or the responsible adult also undergo mental health management
Dubai is providing so much to the people who helped build it
I saw the Indian community run the kitchens in hotels , the Pakistanis driving the taxis and running real estate sales, Filipinos big in the hospitality sector
I saw only these people and more people from Asia and other parts of Europe run the different sectors of this beautiful country
UAE grants them resident status as long as they are employed and they even bring their families parents and children.
Without them I’m not sure how they will run the businesses. As residents earning what they cannot earn in their homeland they are able to build their homes in the Philippines create businesses so that when they retire back home they have a beautiful place to live in and a business to run for their future.
I see the best in this country
I see why the people continue to work and earn their living there and in return their future back in their homeland is something they truly look forward to.
@ICannot_Enough I remember riding in an elevator where there is a person sitting by the controls and you tell them where you are going which ever floor you want
I’m not sure if it can be operated like it is now but just one if those jobs created
A Seattle man who shot and killed an eight-month pregnant Korean-American woman and nearly killed her husband when they were driving to work has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.
Cordell Goosby m—rdered Elina Kwon and her unborn baby in June 2023 when they were stopped at a red light. Prosecutors did not charge him for killing the baby due to concerns about protecting abortion in the liberal state.
After hearing testimony from defense medical experts that Goosby was "insane" at the time of the shootings, the prosecution agreed to have the case ended through the not guilty motion.
Goosby will be committed to an institution and regularly evaluated to see if he is fit to be released to the public. https://t.co/eruxyD5BQB
SecDef Pete Hegseth stares right at the press and goes scorched earth, spelling out their insanity. I could watch this all day.
"You, and I mean specifically YOU, the press, you cheer against Trump so hard, it's in your DNA and in your blood to cheer against Trump, because you want him not to be successful so bad, you have to cheer against the efficacy of these strikes. You have to hope maybe they weren't effective."
"Maybe the way the Trump administration is representative isn't true. So let's take half truths, spun information, leaked information, and then spin it, spin it in every way we can to try to cause doubt and manipulate the mind, the public mind, over whether or not our brave pilots were successful."
"How many stories have been written about how hard it is to, I don't know, fly a plane for 36 hours? Has MSNBC done that story? Has Fox? Have we done the story how hard that is?"
"There are so many aspects of what our brave men and women did that because of the hatred of this press corps are undermined because people are trying to leak and spin that it wasn't successful. It's irresponsible."
"You're undermining the success of incredible B-2 pilots and incredible F-35 pilots and incredible refuelers and incredible air defenders who accomplished their mission."
"How about we talk about how special America is, that only we have these capabilities? I think it's too much to ask, unfortunately, for the fake news. So we're used to that."
Do you firmly support Pete Hegseth on this?
A. Huge Yes
B. No
IF Yes, Give me a THUMBS-UP👍!!

That is not really the case
I can tell you first hand that the numbers they have and the options they say like doing the STEP applying for crisis intervention were not helpful at all
I even have a case number that the crisis intervention gave but what it was for I really know now than it was a number nobody knows what to do about
I registered with STEP I also have registered with the crisis intervention center and has a number
When you call that number he is talking about the people are located in call centers in different parts of the country they are not state dept employees
They don’t even know how to go about our case
They are not able to give advise
I called that number a dozen times and no one can give an answer relevant to our need
@StateDept@StateDept_NEA This number is just a call center I was told that they have no communication wit people in the state department
The embassy emergency number is the same. There is no one who really knows what to do with our cases.
I just got another email from the department of state talking about some chartered flight from Abu Dhabi on a non commercial airline leaving out of a different airport going to Athens
From there we are supposed to plan for our return to the US
Sure it is free but how do we manage flights from Athens to the US city where we live
I think it is absurd that after so many promises the come up with another that the state dept thinks everyone can afford accommodation in Athens Greece while finding our way out and knowing that the US citizens are desperate will take any cost of flight back to our home town
The promise was to take us first to Washington DC
Then they asked Etihad to leave seats for us which never happened and now this
Let us see how many take this
While the keep bombing Iran Iran keeps bombing UAE
I created STEP got a crisis number
I was told I have 2 options of leaving Abu Dhabi for Istanbul via email and prior to that I was told a charter flight was leaving in Abu Dhabi and i moved to Abu Dhabi as soon as the email went through.
There was no charter flight per etihad and the email that I have 2 possibilities of leaving for Istanbul from Abu Dhabi never materialized
I was told that the Etihad airlines had kept seats open for the US citizens who needed crisi intervention just like me but there was poor communication between the airline and the state dept
The flight left with several seats which they eventually sold for insane prices
None of their plan materialized the flight to Cairo on March 7 had many empty seats
The number to call is just a call center I was told when I called several times and that they are not really the ones who decide about the chartered flight manor arranging for flights with the Etihad airline
I was on the flight from Abu Dhabi in UAE when I met a guy who is from Germany and he is in same situation as I was while in UAE
He found out from the etihad people that the airline had seats left empty for repatriation of citizens but something is wrong with the airline communication and the US state department
They were not able to have those seats fulfilled for citizens like me
In the end the airline opened them at last minute at insane prices
I paid first class price for economy seat
I was glad to get out of the UAE
Well now I understand why twice I was told I have the chance to get out but nothing happened
The email was never answered
I have a crisis number and it was useless
The embassy number both for UAE and in DC were call center numbers I was told and so for all the dozen number I called it never went to the right places or person
