In MESSIAH, a saint, a disciple, a bond servant, an ambassador, a husband, father, and grandfather, a minister, an abolitionist. Jn.3:30, Gal.2:20, Rom.12:12
If you know God you will not be ruffled, or if for a little while you are disturbed, your heart will soon come back to its rest. You will cast your care on him, wait patiently for him, and rejoice in him at all times, and surely it shall be well with you.
God’s first words after the Fall were: “Where are you?”
It is only one word in Hebrew: אַיֶּכָּה (ʾayyekah).
In that single word is compressed a whole theology:
• God seeks out lost sinners.
• God welcomes them to confess.
• God desires their restoration.
• God works their redemption.
Statement on the Idaho Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act Initiative
Idaho voters in November will have a chance to codify a supposed right to abortion into state law through Proposition 1, also known as the Idaho Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act Initiative. The below statement from the Foundation to Abolish Abortion, which has been officially submitted to the Idaho Secretary of State, urges voters to reject Proposition 1 and exhorts authorities in Idaho to establish equal protection of the laws for preborn babies.
The Foundation to Abolish Abortion vehemently opposes Idaho Proposition 1, and urges the people of the state of Idaho in the strongest possible terms to vote against this measure.
Idaho Proposition 1, if approved by voters, would statutorily codify the legalized murder of preborn babies made in the image of God, provoking His judgment by violating biblical and constitutional principles.
God is the Author of life (Acts 3:15) who made mankind in His image (Genesis 1:27) and knits preborn babies together in the wombs of their mothers (Psalm 139:13-16). The act of willfully taking the life of a preborn baby is homicide (Exodus 21:22-25), and God has specially promised to set His face against peoples that tolerate child sacrifice (Leviticus 20:1-5). The practice of child sacrifice, which includes abortion, pollutes the land with innocent blood (Numbers 35:33).
That is why the Foundation to Abolish Abortion supports lawmakers as they draft and advance bills establishing equal protection of the laws for preborn babies. We have assisted with such bills in Idaho, which would have protected preborn babies with the same laws against homicide, assault, and wrongful death already protecting born people.
The requirement of Idaho to establish equal protection for preborn babies is enshrined in the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which says that no state shall “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Article I, Section 1 of the Idaho Constitution also says that “all men are by nature free and equal, and have certain inalienable rights, among which are enjoying and defending life and liberty,” while Article I, Section 2 says that the government of Idaho is “instituted for their equal protection and benefit.”
The people of Idaho are enabled by the Idaho Constitution either to approve or reject Idaho Proposition 1. If they approve this measure, they will not only be abusing the authority granted to them under the Idaho Constitution by disobeying the true and living God, but will be subjecting their preborn neighbors to homicide by depriving them of their constitutional rights.
Jesus Christ is the risen and ascended King of kings and Lord of lords (Revelation 19:16), and every civil authority is required to honor the Son (Psalm 2:12). The state must wield its delegated authority from God by serving as a terror to bad conduct (Romans 13:1-7).
Rather than rebelling against God and provoking His wrath by codifying child sacrifice, the people and elected representatives of the state of Idaho must bow the knee to King Jesus. They must first reject Idaho Proposition 1, and then acknowledge the biblical and constitutional requirement of abolishing abortion by establishing equal protection of the laws for preborn babies.
Holy living preaches where the minister cannot enter, it preaches from the nursery to a worldly mother, from the shop to a graceless tradesman, from the workroom to a godless employer. Where our words are denied a hearing, your lives will nevertheless win attention.
Must watch! Truth, history, fact: Abolitionists abolished slavery, and Abolitionists will abolish human abortion! Study abolitionists and see for yourselves. https://t.co/anzJUsqmtX
🚨 Blaise Taylor, a former scout for the Tennessee Titans, was convicted of murdering his pregnant girlfriend and their preborn baby.
Taylor spiked her drink with a lethal dose of cocaine after she refused to have an abortion. The former collegiate football star was found guilty in Tennessee this week of second-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend, guilty of first-degree premeditated murder in the death of their preborn baby, and guilty on both counts of felony murder.
Tennessee law rightly recognized the actions of Taylor as homicidal against both his girlfriend and his preborn baby, prosecuting and penalizing him accordingly.
But the prosecution of Taylor reveals a fundamental injustice in the laws of Tennessee and many other conservative states.
In the state of Tennessee, a father who poisons his preborn baby to death can be charged with homicide. But the laws of Tennessee also provide complete legal immunity to any mother who poisons her preborn baby to death, which occurs at least 5,000 times per year on Tennessee soil by means of abortion pills.
Tennessee had the chance this year to close the loopholes in state law keeping abortion legal for women, providing equal protection of the laws for preborn babies and abolishing abortion.
Republican lawmakers were pressured by Pro-Life establishment groups to avoid motioning to hear the bill, and the legislation never even received a debate in committee.
But nobody should be allowed to murder a preborn baby in Tennessee, whether they are the father of the baby, the mother of the baby, or anybody else.
Tennessee and other states must establish equal protection of the laws for preborn babies, recognizing that murdering anyone should be illegal for everyone, or else the bloodshed will only continue.

God’s longsuffering is one of the great means by which he works for the salvation of his elect. He will not let them die till first they live to God. He will not suffer them to pass into eternity till first his infinite love has justified them through the righteousness of Christ.
