Had to argue with the watchman just to get someone internally contacted. Imagine an active electrical fire hazard and the emergency service itself is unreachable. What’s the point of advertising a 24x7 emergency helpline if residents are left helpless during a potential fire?

The newly constructed walkway in #Kandivali is so narrow that it takes 5 mins just to walk down or come up. In the meantime, your 2 trains that are already late, are gone.
