S curve vs C curve in cervical spine.
Cervical instability from ligament injury causes abnormal forces in the cervical spine. This leads to a loss of lordosis (and subsequently loss of C curve) and eventual cervical kyphosis and an "S" curve. From: CaringMedical

There are more things that Tennis Elbow and Golfers Elbow happening at the elbow.
It's very easy to spot something else happening, TE and GE both cause focal/well localised pain. Other stuff spreads elsewhere.
Have a Differential Diagnosis Hat on, especially with 2nd opinions.
