4. Perspective

From an outside perspective the pushing of a launch that is not likely to succeed, does not sit well with our team and we understand too how it must look to our community. I remain as transparent as I can, and will not force Cubbies into failure.

3. Mental Health

As a founder and a trader too, I have been too caught up in trying to deliver a product/experience, that I have forgotten our initial values and ideals, one of which is the quality of one’s mental health, so it’s time I take a step back.
