@premierinn we have been trying to get hold of you since 10aam to cancel our room for tomorrow! Can you help as we can't get hold of anyone and it wouldn't let us cancel on line
@premierinn After two days will we get this resolved. Calling the number and no answer or to emails. Someone sorting this yesterday loads of info given and no answer
@premierinn No one has got back to us , we called four times on the number , your cancellation link doesn't work, you have not replied to emails and now no one has got back to us after asking for all our details . Not very helpful
