TROCONIC APPEAL UPDATE: The attorney representing Michelle Troconis in her appeal has filed her brief laying out why Troconis’ convictions in connection with the disappearance and presumed murder of Jennifer Dulos should be overturned. @News12CT
BREAKING: The state of Connecticut is dropping the two contempt charges against Michelle Troconis—charges she incurred during her trial in connection to the disappearance and murder of Jennifer Dulos. @News12CT
@SineadCatherin2@MarissaAlter@News12CT No justice whatsoever! It’s a shame on the state and the justice system. Let a man with a record walk free…ex-wife and stepdaughter petrified of him. Yet he’s ok. Shame on all!
@SineadCatherin2@ctgirl5150@MarissaAlter@News12CT There’s even a confession he made to cellmate but it wasn’t ever allowed to be presented…and now without a trial, they will never know. But do they want to know? They said they wouldn’t invest more $. Why? The world needs to know WHAT happened. Stop this nonsense & injustice!
@vkd6nvy44g@MarissaAlter@News12CT This “guy” does have physical evidence. He spoke with Fotis, violated court orders, fled police, tried to cut his GPS, had dug a hole & ex-wife was scared, yet he’s a free man. Ashamed of CT’s justice system!!!
@cherylsmith30@johnwinger98524@MarissaAlter@News12CT The prosecution can say anything, but it doesn’t make it true. They built a narrative based on assumptions & twisted Michelle’s words. There was no forensic evidence or direct link. Yet they dropped charges against a man who dug a grave. CT should be ashamed. #MichelleIsInnocent
@lindabl40545354@MarissaAlter@News12CT Exactly. He dug a grave, fled from police, cut off his GPS & a history of sexual assault, violating a protective order. His wife feared he was trying to kill her. And yet he walks free, while Michelle is serving 14.5yrs. This is not justice. It’s scapegoating.#MichelleIsInnocent
@ctgirl5150@MarissaAlter@News12CT Michelle has nothing more to say. She told the truth in 2019 in THREE interrogations and her words were twisted. The case against her was built on assumptions and that’s why we’re still fighting for her exoneration. #MichelleTroconisIsInnocent
@cloudydiamond1@MarissaAlter@News12CT AND the man who dug a hole for his own wife is now free. Michelle, who has no direct evidence against her, is in prison for 14.5 years. CT should be ashamed. This isn’t justice. It’s a failure of the system, and the public deserves to know the truth.
@cloudydiamond1@MarissaAlter@News12CT That’s simply false. The evidence against Michelle was purely circumstantial, and she’s serving 14.5 years despite no direct proof of any crime. Meanwhile, others with far more incriminating actions walk free. That’s not justice — that’s a system failure.
@MarissaAlter@News12CT Devastating. The man who helped dig a grave walks free. Michelle Troconis, who gave three interviews to police, was accused of lying and conspiring — and sentenced to 14.5 years. There was no forensic evidence. No plan. No motive. She is innocent.
@cucu811@richcohen2003@cloudydiamond1@michelletrocon1 Jennifer Dulos had a documented history of disappearing and reinventing herself — including changing her name to “Jennifer Bey,” as noted on pg. 70 of Murder in the Dollhouse. This wasn’t a lie Michelle made up. It was the truth — and no one listened.
@KikiBigMouth@richcohen2003@cloudydiamond1@michelletrocon1 Exactly @KikiBigMouth That’s what we’ve been saying for years. Michelle was the easiest one to blame, and they needed someone to convict. There was no direct evidence, just a false narrative. The injustice here should scare everyone.
