I have a shopping problem, unruly eyebrows and a sugar addiction. And oh yeah, I've got a life & style blog you may want to check out.

@AirbnbHelp have waited one week to get a refund on an @Airbnb where the host said he didn’t get it professionally cleaned and offered a refund - still no refund. I’ve never experienced a worst support experience where there is thousands of dollars on the line. Unacceptable!!!

@AirbnbHelp Checked into and AirBnB Plus, it was filthy - host said cleaning crew didn’t “show up” and he’d refund (all stated in writing). We left the property after 30 mins and still have not been refunded for our stay after 3 days of dealing with support. Please help!

Don’t worry, I’ll be escaping and making it out to dinner in DTLA!! Hopefully, I’ll have more than just my birthday to celebrate tonight 🤞🏻. https://t.co/RJ9WxafEc6
