イタリアの宗教社会学者マッシモ・イントロヴィニェ氏が、学術用語だった「カルト」がいつ犯罪の含意を帯びたのかを辿る。

欧州人権裁判所は2022年、政府が少数派の信仰を「カルト」と呼ぶことを差別だと判断した。東京地裁は2025年3月、刑事有罪判決のないまま家庭連合の解散を命じている。問われたのは、その団体が何をしたかではなく、どういう団体であるかだった。

洗脳理論の根拠、報道が出会う脱会者の偏り（元信者と背教者）、そして子どもの育て方へと移る議論。

言葉が法的な範疇になるとき、何が起きるのか。

What’s happening under South Korea’s leftist government is benefiting China and North Korea. The Korean people do not want this.

The longer America stays silent, the further South Korea drifts toward outcomes that favor China and North Korea.

If America only pays lip service to the idea that South Korea and America are “blood allies,” nothing will change.

The changes taking place in South Korea are not happening overnight. Much like Venezuela and Turkey, they are unfolding step by step as every lever of power is gradually taken over.

Most South Koreans do not want to give up their democracy and strongly support the U.S.–ROK alliance. But if the United States continues to remain silent despite seeing the warning signs in South Korea, the result will ultimately benefit China and North Korea and undermine America’s security architecture in the Indo-Pacific.

おかしな話だよな。
旧統一教会の裁判は
刑事事件ではない。
つまり
逮捕者はひとりもいない。
詐欺罪でもない
犯罪組織でもない
それが裁判ではっきりしている。
それなのに
宗教法人は解散。
しかも政府は言う。
「信仰は禁止していない」
つまり
信じるのは自由
集まるのも自由
数十人でも
数百人でも
集会を開くこと自体は
止められない。
では何が起きたのか。
献金を集めることができないようにした。
それが今回の裁判の
実質的な結果。
さらに不思議なのはここ。
信者が出し合った献金は
国の管理下に置かれる。
しかし
今の信者には返さない。
渡すのは
30年前に辞めた元信者。
それでも余ったら？
最終的には
国庫に入る可能性がある。
犯罪ではない
逮捕者もいない
それでも宗教法人は解散。
そして信仰は禁止されていない。

これ、どういう制度なんだろう？

少なくとも
多くの人が
一度は考えてみても
いい問題だと思う。

8월 7일 서울. 이탈리아 종교사회학 연구기관 CESNUR의 대표 Massimo Introvigne의 발언이다.

그는 자신이 공동으로 고안한 '로마 모델'을 꺼냈다.
종교적 소수 집단은 세 단계를 거쳐 공격받는다.

첫째 언론에 의한 불관용,
둘째 법원과 행정 기관과 정부에 의한 차별,
셋째 박해와 폭력.

한국은 이미 세 단계가 모두 진행 중이라는 것이 그의 판단이다.

"이런 보도는 대체로 이들과 경쟁 관계에 있는 다른 종교인들과 배교자, 즉 전 신도들의 주장에 의존합니다"

언론이 만든 낙인이 행정과 사법으로 옮겨가고,
그다음에 폭력이 온다.

일반적인 범죄행위는 수사하고 처벌하는 것이 마땅하나
문제는 소수자 전체를 싸잡는 차별이다.

実は、信者でも当事者でもない有識者が、「解散命令はおかしい」と声を上げていました。

文芸評論家の小川榮太郎氏は、今回の決定を「司法の自殺」と断じました。

なぜ、世論のバッシングを恐れず声を上げるのか。

それは、感情論で法の解釈が歪められ、特定の団体を排除する先例が作られることを危惧しているからです。

行政手続きは適正だったのか。
法治国家の原則は守られているのか。
