@metrolaalerts just out of curiosity- what’s the thought process of having two car trains in service during peak times vs. three cars? It gets super packed very quickly on the A Line during rush hour and it doesn’t make sense to remove a car during that time.
@united very poor experience at LAX baggage claim tonight. Flight 1296 pax from LIH bags were waiting for bags for almost an hour and it turns out we were at the incorrect carousel than what we were told, and no announcements were made. Staff needs to be more on top of it.
