धर्मशाला। देश में उच्च शिक्षा और अनुसंधान की गुणवत्ता को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर ले जाने के लिए एक बड़ा कदम उठाया गया है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) के तहत हिमाचल प्रदेश केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय और महात्मा गांधी केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय (MGCU), बिहार ने एक ऐतिहासिक समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। सीयूएचपी के कुलपति प्रो. सत प्रकाश बंसल जी और एमजीसीयू के कुलपति प्रो. संजय श्रीवास्तव जी की मौजूदगी में यह एमओयू साइन हुआ। प्रोफेसर बंसल ने बताया कि वैश्विक रैंकिंग में मजबूत उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने के लिए 'क्वालिटी ऑफ रिसर्च' और 'क्वालिटी ऑफ जर्नल्स' सबसे अहम हैं। इसी मानक को हासिल करने के लिए दोनों विश्वविद्यालय मिलकर काम करेंगे।

Prof Sat Prakash Bansal, Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), Dharamsala, said that the three-language formula proposed under the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020, was a major step towards strengthening Indian lan- guages and national integration. He added that the policy would open wider employ- ment and educational opportunities for students across the country.

On the fifth day of the ongoing cultural exchange under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative, the visiting delegates from NIT Puducherry embarked on an experiential tour of the socio-cultural hubs around Dharamshala.
​The itinerary included a visit to the historic St. John in the Wilderness Church (McLeod Ganj), an exploration of local heritage at Bhagsunag, and an interaction with the local community in McLeod Ganj.
