Fit guy in my 50s. Well-traveled, bookish, tv and movie loving, kind, fun, and a little flirty. Always looking for beauty, good food, and new places. 🇺🇸 🇬🇧
(1/4) A little personal project: I realized I'd stopped listening to music regularly, so this is my way of making time for the albums I love again. Expect mostly British music from the '70s to early noughties. Not your bag? Feel free to skip and I'll see you on the other side.
@AbsoluteGinger Yep, me too. It takes me right back to my younger days. Stone Roses, Inspiral Carpets, Charlatans, Happy Mondays, and all. Guess it’s going to be a nostalgic day for me. Never a bad thing. 🙂
@michellexotter Long, yes. Not sure about thick though, they look perfectly proportioned to me. Not that I spend a lot of time checking out women's legs on the internet mind you. 😏 But definitely not AI... I know real legs when I see them.
@pierbiwierbi It cost me a small fortune to fix my British teeth when I first came to the US. In hindsight it might have been better to have them all pulled... but don't do that, stick with regular checkups. Good luck! 😬
The first ever Welsh-language dub of ‘STAR WARS’ is in the works, starring:
• Matthew Rhys as Han Solo
• Rhys Ifans as Obi-Wan Kenobi
• Aimee-Ffion Edwards as Princess Leia
• Mark Lewis Jones as Darth Vader
• Osian Morgan as Luke Skywalker
@michellexotter When I lived in NC I used to bundle up and sit outside with a hot brew just to get 10 minutes of natural light. Ice storms be damned! A SAD light might be worth looking into if you don't fancy bundling up. Also, working out in a bright room can help, at least it did for me. 👍
@michellexotter I've owned larger dogs for about 25 years. Here's my red Doberman, Mungo. 85 pounds of unadulterated joy, incredibly loyal and affectionate, and yes, there was a lot of poop. Pic taken on Topsail Beach, NC, when I was living in the South.
@doveestorm I've not finished it yet, but I'm currently enjoying Once Was Willem by M R Carey. I really like how it's written, and it's very much my kind of thing: medieval England, folklore, horror, monsters and magic. 👍
@PrincessKitti Yes, a common experience. Grew up in a non-Welsh speaking area of Wales, but wanted to learn Welsh. Stopped after a few lessons because the teaching sucked all the fun out of it. Trying again later in life with Duolingo and other sites. Good language if you fancy a challenge. 😉
@ratxgurl This is a work of art! I never used to be a fan of tattoos, but I see so many people with cool tattoos on here, it makes me want to go out and get one. Perhaps it’s time for the dragon tattoo I’ve been thinking about.
(2/2) Going with "Falling Slowly" today. Such a beautiful song. RIP Glen ❤️

(1/2) Personal project: Music diary #3 🎵
This wasn’t my intended song for the week, but I wanted to honor Glen Hansard.
I first saw him in The Commitments, but it was Once that completely hooked me. I played that soundtrack on loop for months through some really tough times.
@CharlJohnston I love the range here. I’ve seen a lot of Méliès’ films (from college), but not Chomón’s A Trip to Jupiter. Probably should check it out. And I see you’re a Liverpool FC fan too. ❤️👍
@michellexotter I'm sorry your experiences haven't been great. There are still some good guys out there. Don't give up on us completely, we do have some good qualities: hardworking, reliable, and willing to remove spiders and open jars. 😉
@pierbiwierbi Older guy’s perspective: dating is hard (no shit!). For me, a few things matter: do they listen and stay present, or are they bored or waiting for their turn? Are they emotionally open and willing to let you in? How do they treat the people around them? Good luck! 🙂
@TsSarahhh I’m glad you’ve had positive experiences. You still see trolls in the comments on here from time to time, but I think there are plenty of normal guys here who are kind and enjoy the interaction without feeling the need to tear other people down. 🙂
