One interesting note: the turnout in this election (139 members voting) is roughly 1/2 of the previous election (268 members voting).

That's a 50% participation dropoff and is a highlight of one of the challenges @IntersectMBO faces.

No matter who gets elected to the board, we all need to take a hard look at how we want participation to look like at Intersect.
