@TalkTalk Yes i understand there was an issue and its now sorted but that doesnt explain the issues ive had since i joined you with the lagging, dropping connection and slow. I was told on the 31st of july it would get fixed now im still waiting 🤷

@TalkTalk Yes ive reported it numerous times somebody came out on the 31st of july but he couldnt fix so said someone will be back intouch to fix the problem but im still waiting. I recieved this text but nobody as came back out or rang or emailed me. Ive had no connection since 1am.
