@breakfasttv @Sid_Seixeiro No I don���t because my internal clock just wakes me up. I agree with Sid about too much sleep though…if I go more than 8 hours, I actually feel lethargic. Sometimes I even get a headache. I get 8 (albeit extremely interrupted hours) of sleep. Hot flashes suck!
