🚨ANALYSIS: Elon Musk dismantled the agency that a Lancet study credits with preventing 91 million deaths. Researchers project the cuts could cause up to 14 million deaths by 2030, 4.5 million of them children.

His response: "Nobody died." It is false at every scale.

There are named, buried children. There is a Harvard count exceeding 1,200. There are 4 million further deaths the UN's own modeling projects by 2030. And there is UNAIDS, saying the true toll can't be counted - because he defunded the people who count it.

He fed it into a wood chipper, skipped the parties to do it, and now says no one died.
