@MENnewsdesk ‘Claimed’ to tackle!!! in reality the assailant was already on the floor thanks to the shop keeper. He may have ‘helped’ hold him down in the end, but he didn’t tackle him to the ground! We were on the phone to police as the whole thing unfolded in front of us! Machete is true!!

@VictoriaUdale We called the police and then hid in Laco coffee shop until they arrived. I’ve not seen anything else about this online! Hope the shop guy was OK, he looked pretty grey and his thumb wasn’t great! Could’ve been much worse! 😔
