Nestled between two historic buildings sits a new 2,000-square-foot terrace in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District. An escape from the city beyond the gates, the “secret garden” alleyway did not exist a few years ago.
Instead, in its place stood an aged and abandoned infill building, wedged in between the regal Graphic Arts Building, and 1940s-red-brick building. Seeking a modern approach to the plan, @DreamUltd enlisted the help of Cumulus, Studio Paolo Ferrari, and @Studiotla

In the township of King City, Ontario – approximately 40 kms north of Toronto – King Animal Hospital, Canada’s leading campus for veterinary care, research, and education is nearing completion.
We’re thrilled to have worked with Dog Tails Rescue and Sanctuary and PRISM Partners Inc. on this project. The main hospital is scheduled to be fully open in May, and we look forward to seeing the wider campus completed later this year.

Today’s sunny weather is reminding us of the glamorous Daphne‘s outdoor dining area, open during the warmer months on Richmond St. W. We collaborated on the transformation of the initial terrace with Studio Paolo Ferrari
The laneway – done in association with Dream – is a centre for connection and collaboration, uniting eight dynamic buildings in one vibrant gathering place. Once complete, Studio Paolo worked with Daphne to fully realize the vision, bringing a slice of it to life.
We are thrilled to be working on such a transformative project alongside our partners - @MIKKELSENGROUP, @mcCallumSather and @Arup Canada,
