@British_Airways I've never taken a BA flight, but every point of contact I've ever made with your company has been PAINFUL. Whether its trying to book flights on your website, getting in touch via phone or trying to manage my Avios balance online.

@British_Airways Your phone lines are messed up. Called 3 times to try and get through to the department which deals with Avios. I've been given incorrect menu options online & by your call center staff, & transferred to the wrong department twice. I've been hung up on twice.

This is on top of not being able to log in to my online account last night - which is a regular occurrence with BA.
