Getting water may seem like something simple in other parts of the world. Here, it is no longer a guaranteed right, but a daily struggle. Long lines of children and parents stand for hours just to get a small amount of water for their families.

Seeing children filling their containers with clean water is a powerful moment that cannot be forgotten… a moment that gives them a small sense of safety in the middle of all this suffering.

But the painful truth is that many families are still waiting for their turn. If we cannot deliver water to them, they may have nothing to drink.
