As a Hs teacher, I interact daily w/ parents obsessed w/ getting their kid into college. It is scary, and the crazy thing is they don’t know the No 1 (by a mile) thing they can do to help their kid’s mental health and chances of success: don’t get them a #smartphone. 1/2
