@DietCokeGB hi Diet Coke, I’ve been drinking you for years (now 31) and drink approx 6-8 cans a day. The price of Diet Coke is now becoming too expensive - over £13 for 24 cans in Asda!!! Really dissappointing to think that very soon I won’t be able to afford to enjoy it! :(

Why is your Special Delivery service so rubbish at the moment? 4 items I posted this week by special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm failed to meet the Guarantee… some of them by 4 days!! Appalling service at the moment.

@RoyalMailHelp where is my parcel? International Tracked and Signed shows it as delivered on 16th but no signature or POD - recipient says it hasn’t arrived! RH082328577GB I thought a signed for service would require a signature and not to just be left at a doorstep?

Why do you have signs up in Post offices saying abuse/rudeness to staff will not be tolerated, but when I go to a @royalmail site it is ok that staff are rude to me?

@nmdcouncil Two days after our scheduled bin collection day and they still aren’t lifted. This is the 2nd time this Calender year - will there be a reduction in rates to reflect this?

@nmdcouncil when will our blue and brown bins be lifted? You are actively discouraging recycling as all waste now has to go into our already full black bin. If I refused to do my job as your employees are, I’d be fired. Weather is not an excuse as it was good last collection day.

@RoyalMailHelp this item JS467067393GB was due for delivery today, after being posted yesterday by special Delivery Guaranteed - it has not arrived with the post and still says it is at the sorting centre? Can you confirm as this item is needed TODAY. Hence being sent guaranteed!

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail can you please give me an update on this item: KB691378175GB - I posted it on the 1st June by First Class signed for and it hasn't yet arrived. I have had other parcels ordered and received since that and other parcels arriving in this period.

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp many thanks for your reply. GV246729476GB has now been at the Northern Ireland MC since Friday morning "being sent to local delivery depot" but no update since then? Are you able to advise when this will arrive or if it has been sent to my local delivery depot?

@AvisUK absolutely shocking service from @Avisuk from a recent trip to England. An error at your end has meant I'm out £200. Being told it can be up to 15 days for a refund? Ridiculous. You have my money! Where is it? Rude customer service on the phone and no manager to talk to.
