@shekhu04 I don't know about this company but few companies deliberately delay the release of offer letters. Trick to make you join their company without leaving any opportunity for you to go offer shopping.
@akkiex007 if they are small tasks club them, that way you won't feel overwhelmed. Another trick is to write the number of hours you think it will take to finish the task. Based on how much time you have between your major tasks you can slice these tasks in between

@udaykotak The biggest challenge is that India is not able to provide an ecosystem and environment for the top talent to stay in the country. Founders need talent to build.
