@AmericanAir Not that I’m surprised by continued dissatisfaction, but this was a clear/cut situation: you cancelled a flight due to maintenance failures, this failure on your end incurred incidentals and I provided receipts- how is this taking longer than 2 months to cut a check in 2024?
@AmericanAir Hello, I’ve submitted expense reimbursement for a cancelled flight that left me and others stranded in the airport overnight almost 3 months ago and have not received funds nor replies via email. Please advise
Finally, a legit news outlet with an accurate, factual headline vs “died by air strike.”
Sending condolences to those grieving this and the countless losses endured during this senseless indiscriminate carnage
@FatGuyTravelz@AmericanAir They also didn’t arrange hotels for any of us who were delayed overnight- cut your losses. Never trust AA and file a complaint https://t.co/i97HEtNUE8.
@FatGuyTravelz@AmericanAir No they don’t because America is a toilet in terms of rights to passengers. I had a flight delayed for 18hrs and cancelled and they offered me a $100 flight credit which is laughable
@AmericanAir Also can’t seem to find the option for submitting a claim for incidentals incurred plus compensation due to the rolling nearly 24hr delay, could you provide the exact link? Thanks
@AmericanAir sad handling of flight194- rolling delays from 7pm till 12am then 1pm next day due to maintenance (w/ a grounded plane for 2 days) and left our entire int’l flight stranded overnight in the airport as AA could not arrange any hotels- shame on you
@AmericanAir Thank you, but you still haven’t answered my qs. A rep at the airport said this flight has maintenance caused delays frequently. The worst part was being stranded at the airport- why don’t you all have a back-up hotel even if outside the city with a shuttle/transfer service?
@AmericanAir If you don’t like the sound then why have you all neglected maintenance? Why did you all not prepare and foresee planned events impacting hotel avail? This should be publicly answered
@AmericanAir Sure delays can happen- but maintenance issues are your fault/responsibility (was told this happens 1x 2 months!) and it’s also how you all handled it that was awful, no hotels and leaving some of us stranded with no sleep for over 24hrs
