@AHS_Warranty Your authorization department hasn't offered any explanation for how my $1000 maintenance limit amount is being used before I'm asked to pay $634 of non-covered cost. Even the Contractor is surprised that I'm being asked to pay out of pocket.

@AHS_Warranty Inspite of having the Shield Complete plan which covers water heater replacement and upto $1000 in maintenance limit, I'm being asked to pay $634 out-of-pocket. When asked to explain, I'm being shuttled between contractor and AHS with no clear explanation.

@Verizon sent me a modem I didn't want. I sent it back immediately without receiving it. They badgered me to set it up a non-existent device. I contacted customer service multiple times by phone. Now, they are charging me for unreturned equipment. Super #shady and #deceptive!

@priceline So, a hotel advertised on their website is permanently closed and was provided to me via Express Deals. I had to inform @priceline about its closure and still haven't been refunded. Funny they call me a VIP gold member!

This saga ended finally last week when I received the refund check.

Received this message from Veritas a few days ago. Hope they follow through on their promise to refund. Also, they should do the right thing and destroy samples they have collected.

@bbb_us Please investigate Veritas Genetics. They continue to advertise Whole Genome Sequencing services, but have not provided any results for test purchased 2 years ago. They had promised refunds if no report was furnished by Dec 2019. #Veritas #thegenomecompany #fraud

@geochurch Hello Professor - I believe you were associated with @VeritasGenetics They haven't made good on their promise of providing WGS reports for kits they sold back in Nov 2018. I'm one of the unlucky people who was scammed. What recourse do we have?

@mcgenome @VeritasGenetics No response or refunds to a WGS run ordered almost two years ago. And you are still advertising the kits on the website trying to swindle other unsuspecting customers. Such unsavory business practices!
