As an American and a retired cop, I’m slightly offended by the American thing, but in about a minute or two I’ll get over it. The “dragging” was essentially required, from the video it appears he was between a car and a building, a position that hinders any medical evaluation or treatment. The video is short so I’m not how much of either was done.
