@nationalrailenq I’m sorry, but you’re saying that we have to get that service which gets us into Edinburgh after 2am when we’re due to get in at 23:04? This is absolutely absurd. Our tickets do not say anything about specific cross country rules either. There has to be a better solution?

From Huyton? I’ll miss my train from Preston to Edinburgh? It’s looking like from Huyton the only next train (at the moment) is 2 hours later, which means I’m getting into Edinburgh 2 hours later??

Is there anything else I can do here?

@TPExpressTrains @thetrainline I’m due to be on the 16:15 train from Edinburgh to Liverpool and my train has been part cancelled (5:47 from Carlisle to Liverpool). What do I do here? Can I use my ticket on another train leaving Edinburgh or Carlisle (I can’t see another TPE one)

Thanks @TicketmasterCS @TicketmasterUK spent 4 hours in a queue, got stuck on the select your seats. Followed YOUR instructions (select different seating, refresh the page) and got booted out to the back of the queue. Total time wasted 5 hours.
