@Carousell doesn't get enough credit for implementing AI fairly well.
All I did was to upload photos, and it did the heavy lifting for me (pun unintended).
Was going to vibe code an app to do just this, but Carousell saved me a bunch of time!
I had to meet a buyer from Carousell today. He came with a friend. Thought it was just gonna be a hi bye transaction but we ended up talking for an hour+ about tech and a bit about life (they are expats)😭 It's these moments where I feel happy for picking the right buyer haha
I’m slowly adapting to a zero waste lifestyle, meaning everything I want to buy I consider carousell or mudah before I absolutely have to make a purchase and IM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS IKEA TV BENCH for RM20. Inspo from Pinterest ✨
I wrote something about some of the work I've been doing at Carousell for the past 2 years:
Building a Dynamic UI System at Carousell (Part 1) https://t.co/SAPtzR2hey
Stay tuned for Part 2 and 3 in the next few days!
Meeting people in person to buy stuff on @thecarousell is amazing. I learnt from him about places to visit in Tampines and Architecture. He refused to accept CarouPay, so I ended up explaining how it works and can increase sales. Rewarded with feedback 💯
What do you do when you have the most fun and engaging community of users? Throw a board game night party and celebrate, it's going to be a long night @thecarousell 💯
What i love most about my wedding was my dress. Bought it from a carousell seller that buys from china, and had it altered by le husband. Total: less thn RM300 😂
