I tried to book in-person demo for the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra through @Flipkart, & after more than a week, & 4 complaints, I still haven’t received any call or update. Even booking from another account didn’t help. If this service isn’t available, why advertise it? I’m requesting @Flipkart and @ASUSIndia to look into this and resolve it. This isn’t the experience customers should have when trying to make a business purchase. @flipkartsupport @ASUSIndia
