IMO if ppl feel safe about their jobs they will get lazy eventually. Either they should own part of the company or get paid well.

@BhavaniRavi_ @Zoho @svembu Even I run behind knowledge + ecosystems but thr will be a point whr it needs proper recognition 🙌 if your company just focuses on fancy buildings for themselves + a huge pocket which they alone fill thats breaks ethics IMO. Tell me this how many zoho folks hold stock options ?

@Zoho @svembu Btw i aspired to join to @Zoho when i was out of college cause its the only product based company that i knew when i was out of college.But not now i know some friends who came out of zoho once they realized they are underpaid. And some of them wrk there too.. glad that i escaped
