✨Dialogue Emphasis✨
Graphic novel students are making words come to LIFE by illustrating the word with the meaning! It’s an added bonus of reading graphic novels where the illustrations are so important!

Show, Don’t Tell! Students analyzed illustrations by @JerryCraft to determine how the author SHOWS rather than tells us the characters emotions! We saw how simple movements or changes with eyebrows can alter the emotions completely!

Phew! Couldn’t keep up with Graphic Novel students as they explored different texts and determined “what’s so special about Graphic Novels?!” 📚

One of my favorite parts of this workout was picking our favorite exercises (mines Burpees🤘🏽) & repeating it for time! So fun to see everyone’s favorite exercise! @classwithmrsb1
