@HMRCcustomers @HMRCcustomers I have a 16 digit reference instead of 17 for my corporation tax reminder. I have filed for a dormant company months ago so I am trying to submit a nil to pay form but the reference I have won’t work.

@HMRCcustomers For the 18/19, yes I was told over live chat it had been cancelled. Had the letter through on the 07/01 to say it was confirmed as cancelled and then last week had the lettter through to say about making sure I pay by the 28th to avoid penalties

@HMRCcustomers I have had a late filling penalty for 18/19 even though my small business didn’t exist then, I contacted live chat to sort the issue out and was sent a letter through to say the penalty has been removed but now I have another letter to say I need to pay the fine by tomorrow.

@British_Airways worse customer service I have ever experienced with an airline, cannot get through to anyone to use the voucher to rebook a new flight (originally wanted a refund) can’t even get connected to be put in a queue just cuts straight off and no one responding to DM’s absolute madness
