Apple has accused OpenAI of stealing secrets about products still in development.

OpenAI's new hardware business allegedly asked job candidates from Apple to share details about secret projects and to bring device components and prototypes to their interviews.

OpenAI used the information to approach at least one of Apple's manufacturing partners, asking them to demonstrate Apple's technique for finishing metal on its devices.

Apple is seeking an injunction that would prevent OpenAI from possessing, using, or sharing its trade secrets, as well as an order requiring OpenAI to return Apple's intellectual property.

Today it may look like America is behind China in the humanoid robot race, but I believe Tesla Optimus is going to change all that… just like Tesla did with EVs.

China has the lead today, producing 80-90%+ of the world’s humanoid robots. AgiBot alone has reportedly built ~15,000 units, while Tesla Optimus is only around ~1,000.

However, Tesla is just getting started.

Production is beginning to ramp, Tesla is targeting tens of thousands of Optimus units, with a long-term goal to reach millions per year.

Never bet against Elon and the Tesla team. My bet is Tesla Optimus is going to put America in the lead.
