I picked up my car at Budget at SeaTac airport at 2:30am 7/18/26. First thing I noticed is someone’s baggage and trash was still in the car. In the light of day I noticed how filthy it was. Someone obviously smoked in it. I do not want blamed for the filthy car.

@TruGreen I've been wondering why the weeds and crab grass have not lessened. Normally I am not home, so my guess is that this has occurred every time. I would like a refund or something to correct this action.

@TruGreen I am very concerned about my service. Yesterday they came to do my lawn and the invoice stated that they used 3.4 gal and treated 3400sqft. I was home. This did not occur. The technician sprayed two places in a straight line using the backpack device.

@TruGreen He sprayed only the grass directly in front of the bushes and a line in the very back of my yard. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. Then he returned to his truck and sat for another 10 min. I'm not sure what I paid for but I know it was not that.
