.@roborockglobal my Roborock S7 that’s two(!) years old has issues left and right. Every interaction with customer service is an email with 3-4 days(!) of dead time in between & conflicting, nonsensical (AI?) information. Please help me with this $850 paperweight 😡 So upsetting!
@roborockglobal .@roborockglobal the reason why I am reaching out here is because I have contacted support more than 30 times and received nonsensical responses over the span of 2 years. So the resolution is to continue trying to speak with them although they offer no help for a $750 product?

@roborockglobal Upon the #Roborock’s return, it never connected correctly to the app (a whole new issue). After two weeks of fighting to re-set, we contacted support, and went through the whole process again just to be told that the product is out of warranty and we need to pay for repairs.
@roborockglobal We’d have to restore to factory settings and remap every time. We tried everything. After the 6th or 7th time resetting the robot to factory settings and trying different base spots in the house, #Roborock asked us to mail the robot to you to get fixed.
@roborockglobal Phone calls to #Roborock customer support, meant someone would “escalate” the situation, which meant that we could then only *email* back and forth. The communication was choppy, taking about a week(!) between emails, and the solutions never worked.
@roborockglobal We had issues with the #Roborock S7 from the start. After 6 or 7 attempts, it would not map the house correctly. After it mapped the house, it worked fine for a few months until it started getting lost and changing the map in the app.
@roborockglobal here’s a recap if the infuriating experience we’ve had with #Roborock over the past 2 years! Mind you, the email “support” is so terrible and non-sensical that we are convinced it is bots responding - there’s no conversation continuity or regard to the history of issues.
