Our problems as a footballing nation won’t be solved by removing Clarke and most likely never will be solved, so all I can hope for as a dedicated fan is that these moments with friends and family continue and we don’t go backwards into the abyss.
While the performances at major tournaments have been incredibly disappointing, I have nothing but total respect for Clarke for the moments he’s given me as a fan. Celebrating during lockdown in the house with my Dad when Marshall saved that penalty in Belgrade, to being able to
watch Scotland play in a World Cup with him. Moments that will live forever in my head and heart. I don’t know who or what comes next, and I think history will be a lot kinder to Clarke than a lot of football “experts” have been over the last few days/weeks/years.
Joined a band in the early 90s to replace a guitarist who was a cunt. After four days in recording, manager changed studios cos of the smell. Cost a fortune for band and label, LP was a flop; all because of my septic arse.
Got in to trouble tonight with the feather squad for mentioning rape too many times. Strange for a group that lift wee boys kilts up to finally have morals…
Years after reading @BarristerSecret’s book, I know there must be some circumstances that the judge looked at for this decision, but won’t click on the Daily Mail to find out…

@GordonMcKeeMP opened a constituency office yet Gordon? One of the least active members of parliament and replying to constituents concerns with mass emails. You’re a fucking joke.
