@meta28050 Meta is also described to be "a clone but also not a clone" (paraphrasing chapter 4, scene 4 of crime), therefore she is a clone of Seth but with modified parts.
Also, in the epilogue of crime, Seth clearly says that Meta was born from his cells, making her intelligent as he is.
